Forms – 1986/2010 Insolvency (England and Wales)
These forms have now been superseded for most purposes by the coming into force of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 on 6 April 2017. However, we have retained the ability to access the old forms for the limited circumstances in which they may be required, and they are listed below.
Please note that these forms should not be used for any case to which the New Rules apply. For any case that is being dealt with under the New Rules applying from 6 April 2017 you must use the new forms instead – if you are a client click here
